Cathy Barber
CONNECTICUT-SOUTH SALES MANAGER
Cathy Barber joined L.E. Belcher in 1993 as the Connecticut Sales Manager. She literally eats, drinks and breathes gasoline, having grown up in her father's stations in Brockton, MA. Rumors say she wears Super Unleaded for perfume!
After graduating from Brown University, Cathy was the first female Service Station Rep hired by Atlantic Richfield Company and eventually became an ARCO AmPm Mini Market operator herself.
Cathy directed a chain-store operation in Upstate NY for Herkimer Petroleum and was certified by PetroTite in underground tank testing. She moved to CT in 1985 to manage service station and convenience store territories for Shell Oil.

Joe Pastore
MASSACHUSETTS-NORTH SALES MANAGER
Joe Pastore joined L. E. Belcher, Inc. in 1992 as the Massachusetts Sales Manager.
After graduating from Nichols College in 1981, he was employed by a gasoline/heating oil distributor in the Worcester area. After working in their accounting office for 3 years, he sought a change to go out "in the field" and service the customer directly. Since joining the Company in '92, he continues to provide outstanding customer service throughout New England.

Greg O'Connor
WHOLESALE FUEL SALES MANAGER
Greg O'Connor joined the L.E. Belcher team in 1995. Since then, he has held many jobs within the company including: Accounts receivable, Dispatching and Operations. He's spent the bulk of his time as the Wholesale Fuel Sales Manager - a position he's held since 1997.
Greg is very active within industry groups; he currently sits on the Board of Directors with the Massachusetts Oilheat Council, and is very active within the New England Fuel Institute & Petroleum Marketers Association of America.

Dan Bogan
Dispatcher/Energy Specialist
After graduating from American International College, Dan acquired extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of industrial sales and marketing positions. Most notable were his years in the waste-to-energy equipment sales where he gained invaluable knowledge of the energy market.
Dan joined L.E. Belcher in 1995 primarily to develop and implement the natural gas division. In 2000, Dan eventually moved to the wholesale petroleum division, where he operates today. Dan is the primary purchaser and logistics manager for all products flowing through our terminals in Springfield as well as all of our company operated convenience stores. Dan also provides exemplary service to our wholesale customers throughout New England.
Dan also spends time in sales. He enjoys calling on existing customers as well as visiting new prospects. He brings with him a vast knowledge of the industry including the products we offer and inventory management solutions to meet your needs.
Many of our customers have come to rely on Dan’s extensive experience in the petroleum field to gain that much needed edge in today’s volatile energy market.

Brian Nihill
Unbranded Wholesale Gas
H. Brian Nihill joined the L.E. Belcher team in January of 2010 as a wholesale gasoline sales representative. Brian was previously employed by C.K. Smith in Worcester, MA as a gasoline sales representative covering Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. Brian brings with him many years of sales and customer service experience. Brian continues to serve these areas today.
After graduating from Roger Williams University he was associated with the shoe industry for many years. In 2006 he began working in the gasoline industry and has been highly successful with customer acquisition and retention.

Nick Gingola
UNBRANDED DEALER SALES
Nick Gingola joined L.E. Belcher Inc. in January 2010 as a wholesale fuels account executive.Nick is a 1989 graduate of Boston College. In 2003, Nick began working with a wholesale fuels distributor in the Worcester area. Nick provides outstanding customer service in wholesale gasoline in north shore of Massachusetts and southern NH area.

Paul Cahill
UNBRANDED DEALER SALES
Paul Cahill joined the L.E. Belcher team in January of 2010 and with him came a wealth of experience. Both his father and uncle were lifetime employees at Texaco. Paul started with Texaco in 1972 after graduating college. Paul has been working with gasoline ever since.
In 1987 he went to work for C.K. Smith Co. as a district supervisor and rose to head of the Retail Gasoline Division overseeing 30 retail units. In 2003 Paul took over the Wholesale Gasoline Division and was there until joining LEB.
